Quality is a critical part
of our business. Our customers expect every label we make to be first-quality,
and we work hard to make sure that happens.
In fact, our product acceptance rate by
our customers is consistently over 99 percent. In many cases, we've achieved
100 percent acceptance.
There are a number of reasons for this.
The foremost is our application of total quality systems. IPC&L was
among the first printing companies in the United States to embrace ISO
9000, the international standard for quality systems. In 1992, we began
working toward ISO 9002 registration, invloving everyone in our operations
in the process.
