Our Ink Preperation
Our
in-house ink lab can custom blend colors to exact specifications. Ink
is inventoried at IPC&L so that batches for press runs can be mixed
as they are needed. This eliminates delays from ordering custom colors
from ourside sources. It also allows us to reduce setup time and maintain
precise color consistency, no matter how long or short the press run.
We have also developed other techniques
that speed p the prodcution process. Lacquers and varnishes are pumped
direcly to the presses from tote tanks in the ink storage room, eliminating
the ime and press stoppages needed to change supply drums on these standard
products.
