Our Cylinder Engraving

     Once a cylinder is engraved, it is digitally checked for accuracy, then taken to our chrome plating department, where it is carefully plated. The harder metal plate ensures that the cylinder can make millions of impressions without losing its printing quality.
     Because our cylinder production is in-house, we can often dramatically reduce the amount of time needed to produce a job. In fact, it's possible to cut weeks off the delivery date, and we feel we also are ensuring that we provide our customers with a better product by controlling this step in the production process.
